Join us for the Chicago International Movies and Music Festival closing nigth awards ceremony at the Chicago Cultural Center, where we will honor the films and videos that stood out from the rest.
The closing night awardsceremony will celbrate the Blues, with a live performance by ROBBAN HAGNAS from Wentus Blues Band and the film Family Meeting

Stick around for a sneak peak of scenes from the upcoming film Chicago Blues Reunion: Sons of the Blues, directed by John Anderson and produced by Out of the Box Records, with CBR members Nick Gravenites, Barry Goldberg, Harvey Mendel and Corky Siegel and special guests Dave Mason, Marcy Levy and Sam Lay. Recorded at the Park West in December 2008, these cats were mentored by Muddy Waters, Howlin’ Wolf and others, and went on to introduce the electrified Chicago blues to rock and roll, in what came to be known as the blues-rock explosion.
