CIMMfest is bringing one of it's favorite films from the 2009 festival back for a special brunch time screening and pairing it with a wonderful, whimsical Sigur Ros tour documentary.

A hub of creativity, the legendary Los Angeles nightclub Largo hosted intimate, inventive performances that were a world away from the vacuous glitz of the Sunset Strip. This luminously shot concert film features exclusive performances by Andrew Bird, Flight of the Conchords, Jon Brion, Sarah Silverman, Zach Galifianakis, Patton Oswalt, Fiona Apple, Louis CK, Aimee Mann, Eels mastermind Mark Oliver Everett, and more.

A film about Sigur Ros shot on an ancient Super 8 camera in Mexico, America, Iceland and then back home to England where the film was developed by hand in Nick's bathroom. The aim was to reflect some of the spontaneity and playfulness of the band in the way the film was made, and letting in all the scratches, inconsistencies and 'happy accidents' in the darkroom seemed like a powerful way to do this.
